On behalf of the Sakura 150 Project, we would like to thank all the volunteers from the community and from the Friends of the Urban Forest for coming out on a rainy Saturday morning to plant 43 sakura (flowering cherry blossom) trees! We really appreciate all the support we have received for this project and we look forward to seeing everyone again as we plan and fundraise for Phase 2 (planting more trees!).
